Hello Uber NYC Market Place visitors, we at Craws LLC have a lovely fleet of Cadillac XTS Black on Black, 2013’s that we are renting weekly, or financing through a rent to own option. Our 2013’s have been custom upgraded to look like a 2017 Cadillac XTS, there is no difference in the car, we’ve added all the upgrades and we are able to rent the 2013, for $450 a week, Normally the 2017 goes for $550-$600 per week. This is a great chance to rent weekly, (first weeks deposit is due upfront) no security deposit needed. Just pay your first week up front, of $450 and drive immediately. Most of our weekly renters make $1,790 to $2,450 on average from part time to full time with the Cadillac XTS. All maintenance and liability insurance is included. For professional limousine operators who are in the search for Rent to Own options we have 2 rent to Own financing option: 1) one is internal financing through the 2 year program with us. This means you a pay weekly rental rate for 2 years, (this rate is subject to credit history and drivers record) the rental rate that is afixed to the renter is set for 24 months and upon finalyzing the 24th month payment the vehicle becomes owned by the driver/ renter. Rent to own 2years payment plan requires a $3000 deposit upon vehicle retrieval. All maintenance will be included in the cars 2 year financing, all full coverage insurance will be included in the cars 2 year financing, and all paint touch ups will also be included during this time period. The driver / renter is able to drive the TLC registered vehicle right away, once the 24 months is completed the driver is able to then have the license and registration transferred into the drivers name and therein will take responsibility for the insurance as well as the registration ownership. This process is very easy and doesn’t require the TLC license of plates to change. It is simply a change in ownership. 2) the second option is financing through or accredited Bank, we submit a rate through one of our accredited financial institutions and you take in an auto loan for the vehicle, this leaves the renter/ driver with an agreement directly with the institutional lender, and the driver / renter is responsible for licensing the TLC vehicle with the TLC of NY, as well as obtaining their own insurance. All maintenance and insurance is the responsibility of the driver upon completion of the paperwork for the sale. Registration is also the responsibility of the driver/renter.
