Accident or Excessive points will slightly increase the rate $345 Requirement - 3+ Years of DMV and New or less than 3 years of TLC, 4 or less points in your license. Accident or Excessive points will slightly increase the rate $375 Requirement - New Driver, Accident Prone Driver. Less than 3 years of DMV OUR Highest rate is $375 where others start from there.
